Hi all

I am having an issue where the program will just no find any music. I have done everything I think I should. I have used mp3 tag and pointed the music center to the correct folder where the music is installed. after loading up zen nothing is showed no songs no albums no artists absolutely nothing. I even tried reinstalling and add some albums to a new folder on my desktop, again in admin I input the correct path and still nothing. I am pretty savvy but this has me stumped and its a sham because what I have seen makes this the exact thing I am looking for. However I find it diffucult to purchase software that i cannot get to fun tion and also purchase software with no support from the developer what soever and reading through the posts i cannot see many have had any luck getting support from the developers so I am hoping some freindly members on here may be able to help with this problem as maybe its something simple I am not doing.

quick update tried very last thing I could think of and got it to scan my full c drive same results seems like I may have to keep looking for something that says its easy to use and actually does what it says

Hi rick my confidence is restored I did notice the 90's but couldnt for the life of me find out how to change it so many thanks for that. I have now found the albums thanks to you help the only issue is that if I say pick 3 songs to play they drop to the bottom and say plating in i.e3.05 mins but it is only playing around 30 seconds before moving to the next song is this because I am using trial mode or another setting I am unable to locate just need that part sorted then I am happy to purchase as this seems the best out there.
