License Failure

I bought a Jukebox 2 years ago running with DC, after a reboot DC will not start and getting the message.
"You are on day 1165 of your 15 day evaluation period. Your trial period is expired!. You need to purchase a license to run the software"
I have taken a snapshot of the screen, but cant seem to find away of attaching it via support or here.
From previous post I note you ask for original purchase email etc.
My problem is I purchased from an online company and thus I do not have their purchase email,
I don't want to be posting the company name/email on here...
Help please I'm missing my music.

Many thanks to Rick, he identified I had a cloned license and contacted the company who I had bought the Jukebox from.
The company duly refunded me the cost of purchasing a New License.
