Error - wrong license

Hey,

Can anyone help?

I've recently purchased a license but I'm unable to activate my software. I've tried mailing support a couple of times but I've had no response over a few days.

I receive an error message when I try to activate "error - wrong license"

Can someone please help me!

Hi Lawrenceg,

We have emailed you an aswer, please check your spam folder.

Anyway, you can only activate your license once and on a single computer. If you want to transfer your license to another computer we have to reset your license.
