license issue

I have emailed support with no answer, I have a new computer i want to install the software, but it only does demo mode.  Any help would be great thx

I had to do this last month.  I forwarded my original "License File" email, along with the purchase invoice to support@zenpoint.org.  It took less than 24 hours for a response, but I got a new license file to use.  I've heard some had a much longer response.  Not sure if having the original license/invoice helps with the response time.
