I recently upgraded to Windows 11 Preview Edition.  I quickly realized that the DigitalCenter was incompatible.  The issue appears to be the .NET Framework.  DigitalCenter requireds version 3.5, however Windows 11 supports ver 4.8.  Is it possible to update your software to run on Windows 11?  Thanks in advance.

The libraries will be saved in different files/folders.

Try the Download and install this feature.

It should then install the necessary files along side .NET 4.8.

If you are worried create a system restore point first.
