I have allowed the app in Firewall and also tried turning off protection and firewall still wont open |

Without further information it's hard to diagnose.
I would suggest that you have a look at the log files to see if there's any meaningful messages. The log files are stored in
C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenPoint\DigitalCenter\Logs
