It looks like your windows has a restriction on your location Program Files, just remove that restriction or try to do one of the following.

Run the Digital Center as Administrator. Just right click the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenPoint\DigitalCenter' and select "Run As Administrator".

If that doesn't work, just uninstall the Digital Center again and install it in another location like "C:\DigitalCenter".
