Have downloaded the software and liked it so much I paid for a subscription using PayPal on Sunday 20/05/23

I received receipt email stating I’d get my license within 48 hours. 

I’ve since found this forum to find many issues with licenses. 

Have I been ripped off or are they just slow at sending the licenses out. 

I’ve sent emails to the sales email address as well as the support email but no reply. 

I’ve checked my junk mail folder too.
