Trying to get my videos working. They are showing up in Videoplayer but not playing. They are all in MP4 format. Have added *.mp4; but still not playing. When I select a video I get a pop up from windows media player stating that the extension .mp4 is not recognised by wmp. Select yes to try to play it, I select yes but nothing happens.
Away from Zenpoint the videos play using vlc if that helps.
Any ideas please?

To use mp4 files with the Digital Center.
Just add the *.mp4 extension inside the administration /
movie center and make sure to install the right codec.
Try one of these codec packs:
http://shark007.net/
or
http://www.codecguide.com/download_mega.htm
To add covers, you just have to put a JPEG image beside the mpg file and name it the same as your mpg file.
How_to_train_a_dragon.mp4 How_to_train_a_dragon.jpg
To add title and descriptions to your movies, just add another file with the same name and with the extension xml.
How_to_train_a_dragon.xml
And make the xml file like this:
<movie> <title>How to Train Your Dragon</title> <description>As the son of a Viking leader on the cusp of manhood, shy Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III faces a rite of passage: He must kill a dragon to prove his warrior mettle. But after downing a feared dragon, he realizes that he no longer wants to destroy it. So, he befriends the beast -- which he names Toothless -- much to the chagrin of his warrior father</description> </movie>

the folderthumb image displays the artist image and you would add another image in that folder with the same name as the song/video
The song/video would be in the "Jon Bon Jovi" artist folder (ie up one)
