Purchased Licence But Cannot Activate

When I click on the activate button I keep getting a message saying 'You are on day 18 of you 7 day evaluation period. Your trial period is expired! You need to purchase a licence to run this software.'


I have also tried the following from an earlier post.


Before activating, please delete the file zenpoint.license from your directory "C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenPoint\DigitalCenter" if it exists.

I have had problems with license issues before, but uninstall, download the latest version from clicking on download, and then try the license that they have sent you.

I was using for example version 4 software, they reissued me with a key, I tried it, it failed, I sent a reply back and told to download again, it worked.
