Legit software is saying my trial period has expired

Hi, Rick, I have purchased several licenses from Zenpoint to install on several different computers, and the one in my kitchen was activated working with no issues, but all of the sudden I am getting an error message saying my trial period has expired and I need to buy a license.

I have sent an email to support at Zenpoint, and they sent me an email back saying my account was reset and a new license file was sent, but when I tried to install this new license file I got an error saying that was a wrong file.

Rick, please help, I have people coming tonight for a party and my system is not working.

Please send us a screenshot of the error you see when you try to activate your license.
