The software is great but I’m having issues with videos.
I have windows media player set as an external player. I have managed to get my music videos to appear in Zenpoint but I cannot get them to play. The files are Wmv extension, I have tested every file and they all play perfectly when using wmp outside of Zenpoint. If I open Zenpoint and select a music video wmp opens and I get an error message saying “the selected file has an extension (.) that is not recognised even though it does play when not in Zenpoint. Very weird, I’m pretty sure I’ve set up the external player correctly
Any ideas?
